How to Use the GPA Calculator

This tool helps you calculate your GPA for each semester and your overall cumulative GPA for your entire degree. We've pre-filled a 4-semester example for an Engineering student to show you how it works.

1. Add or Remove Semesters: Use the "Add Semester" button if your program has more than four semesters (e.g., for a 4-year degree). You can remove any semester by clicking the "Remove Semester" button inside its box.
2. Add and Edit Courses: Inside each semester box, enter your subjects, credits, and the grade you received. Use the "+ Add Course" button for more subjects or the "–" button to remove one.
3. Calculate GPA: Once everything is entered, click the main "Calculate Cumulative GPA" button.
4. View Your Results: The tool will display your final cumulative GPA and a breakdown of the GPA for each individual semester.
